Privacy

The short version

Creating an account means giving us a name and an email address. We use them to run your account and to send you email about Entrepreneurs Toolbox. We do not sell your data. You can have your account and your data deleted by asking.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, given when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google — not your password.
• Authentication data — a hash of your password if you set one, and your two-factor enrolment if you turn it on. We never store your password itself.
• Server logs, including IP address, kept by our host as a normal part of serving the site.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. The only cookies set are the ones that keep you signed in; there is no consent banner because there is nothing optional to consent to.

Wallets

If you connect a Solana wallet, we record its public address and a signature proving you control it. That is all. We never ask for, hold, or have any way to obtain a private key or seed phrase — nobody at Entrepreneurs Toolbox will ever ask you for a seed phrase, and anyone who does is not us. Connecting a wallet cannot move your funds.

Email you receive

Creating an account signs you up for email about Entrepreneurs Toolbox — new tools, guides and updates. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your account or your access to anything.

Separately from that, we send email you cannot opt out of while you hold an account: confirming your address, and resetting your password. Those are part of running the account rather than marketing.

Who else sees it

We use these companies to run the service. They only ever receive what they need for their part of it, and none of them may use it for their own purposes.

• SupabaseHosts the database and runs authentication.Receives: Name, email address, password hash, sign-in history, and any two-factor enrolment.
• GoHighLevelCustomer relationship management and marketing email.Receives: Name, email address, the tag recording how the account was created, and whether the address is confirmed.
• ResendDelivers account email — confirmation and password reset.Receives: Email address and the contents of those messages.
• VercelHosts and serves the site.Receives: Standard server request logs, including IP address.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We would disclose it if the law required us to.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists, and then no longer than is needed to finish removing it from the systems listed above. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and your account with it.

Email privacy@etoolboxos.com for any of these. Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your data, and we will honour them whether or not they apply to us.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
