Entrepreneurs Toolbox is a collection of small web tools. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Your account

An account is free and requires a working email address. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@etoolboxos.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Do not create accounts automatically, share one account across many people, or use the site to break the law or to attack anyone.

Blockchain tools — read this one

Some tools here interact with the Solana blockchain. Those interactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or refunded by us, by you, or by anyone else.

• You control your wallet, and we never do. We cannot hold, move or recover your assets, and we never handle private keys or seed phrases.
• You are responsible for what you confirm. Our tools check destination addresses and warn you about likely mistakes, but those checks can be wrong, incomplete or unavailable, and the final decision is always yours.
• Sending to a wrong address loses the asset permanently. Check the destination yourself before you approve anything.
• Network fees are paid to the blockchain, not to us, and are not refundable.

Availability

The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted or free of faults. Tools depend on third-party services that can fail or change without notice. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, Entrepreneurs Toolbox is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site — including lost assets, lost profits or lost data. Some places do not allow limits like this, in which case the strongest limit the law does allow applies instead.

Ending it

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted here with a new date at the top, and continuing to use the site after that means accepting them.
